How can I keep my TM Businessline number?
- If your business is still receiving calls from customers through your TM Businessline, we understand that you might not want to switch to Omni Hotline and get a new business number.
- You can now get the flexibility of Omni Hotline while keeping your TM Businessline by just paying a RM1.50 activation fee per month to transfer calls from your TM Businessline number to your new Omni Hotline number.
- The RM1.50 activation fee will be charged to your TM Businessline number for every month that you intend to use the transfer feature.

How do I transfer my TM Businessline calls to Omni Hotline?
- Pick up your TM Businessline phone and press *21*.
- Key in the Omni Hotline number to transfer your calls to, followed by a # at the end.
- To deactivate press #21# and your calls will ring on your TM Businessline again.

Should I just switch to Omni Hotline?
- Compared to TM Businessline, Omni Hotline provides you with a business landline on your smartphone. Get official 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 082, 088 or 09 numbers, a virtual receptionist and phone extensions routed to your employee’s smartphones.
- As you're still using TM's line to receive the incoming calls, please note that you will still be charged by TM based on your current TM plan. This is because forwarding calls from TM to your Omni number counts as an outgoing local call from TM.
- Setting up Omni Hotline doesn't require much time and money compared to traditional PBX business phone systems as the whole setup process can be done within minutes.
- If you want to make the transition to Omni Hotline, you can create an Interactive Virtual Receptionist on Omni Hotline that lets your customers know about your new business hotline number for a month before fully switching to Omni Hotline.
